Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Please allow 3 to 5 business days.  Business days are Monday through Friday.

Holiday shipping may result in additional processing time up to 2 weeks. 

We ship within the United States only.  International shipping is not available at this time.

When shopping online via the website shipping is calculated automatically based on weight.  Shipping costs are often lower through our processor due to reduced shipping rates with the online provider   

Shipping on items purchased in studio, at events or on live sales are calculated manually and will often result in higher shipping costs.  

Local pick up - we are open Wednesday for pick up of orders.  You can also contact us at gritandlacestudios@gmail.com or on Facebook Messenger or comment on a live video to arrange pickup as we are often open by appointment only.
